You deserve to feel heard and understood in a safe space without judgment.
Therapy is all about you. It is your story, your goals, and your pace. Weekly/Biweekly virtual sessions last 45-60 minutes and adapt to what you need, whether it’s addressing a specific challenge for short-term work or diving deeper into long-term personal growth.
Growth often extends beyond our time together. Between sessions, you might try tools discussed in session and/or exploring the recommended resources to build on what we discussed.
You’ll learn to be kind to yourself, how to sit with feelings that are uncomfortable so that you can grow and evolve.
How Individual Therapy Works
Step 1
Schedule a Free Consultation
The first step is to schedule a free consultation where we can determine if we’re a good fit. We’ll talk about what prompted you to seek therapy and about what you hope to achieve in therapy.
Step 2
Have Our First Session Together
During our first session (intake), we’ll explore in more detail your journey to therapy. I will do a lot of listening to give you space to share your story.
Step 3
Collaborate on Therapy Goals
In our second session, together we’ll create a plan of what you want to achieve during our time together. We’ll discuss some of the roadblocks you may face and strategies to overcome them.
Step 4
Ongoing Sessions & Goal Check In
In our subsequent sessions, we will continue to work on the goals you created at the beginning of therapy. If new problems arise, we will hold space for those problems, too. We will check in on your goals, celebrate accomplishments, and make adjustments as necessary.

Being ready for therapy is about being open to exploring yourself in new ways. If you're willing to step into the unknown, experiment with new strategies, and embrace the process (even when it gets challenging) you’re likely ready to start. Therapy is about discovering what works for you, and it’s okay if it takes time to find that rhythm. If you’re feeling the call to grow and learn, you’re already on the right path.

I understand Spanish fluently and can provide therapy in a blend of Spanish and English (Spanglish). While I may not conduct sessions entirely in formal Spanish, I’m able to adapt to the language needs of each client and create space for bilingual expression.
